Terms of Use

These terms are the contract between you and Gran Laku Company, the publisher of WASDEV. They apply to the application, the website, the documentation and your account page.

1. Accepting these terms

By installing or using WASDEV, you accept these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use WASDEV for a company or a school, you accept them in its name and confirm that you are allowed to do so. If you do not accept them, do not use WASDEV.

2. Who can use WASDEV

You must be old enough to enter into a contract in the country where you live. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms for you.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use WASDEV on the number of computers included in your plan, for as long as your plan is active. WASDEV is licensed, not sold.

Gran Laku Company keeps all rights in WASDEV, in the GAD language, in their names and in their logos. You may not copy, resell, rent or modify the application, or get around its licence check, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Free trial

The trial lasts 14 days with every feature, without a credit card and without creating an account. After the trial, a licence keeps the application active. Your projects, documents and designs are ordinary files on your disk and stay yours whatever you decide.

5. Plans, prices and payment

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page, in US dollars. Taxes and bank or payment fees may be added depending on your country. A plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; you renew it by paying for a new period.

A Lifetime licence lets you keep using the version you received without a time limit; the period of updates included with it is stated on the pricing page. Customers who bought at the launch price keep that price for as long as they renew without interruption.

We may change prices for future periods. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

The free trial exists so that you can judge WASDEV on your own projects before paying. For that reason payments are not refundable, except where the law of your country gives you that right. If you think a payment was made by mistake, write to us and we will look at it with you.

7. Student plan

The student plan is free for students of the schools and universities we have approved, within the number of licences given to each school. It is for learning and personal projects only, not for paid work. It lasts one year on one computer and can be renewed with a new proof. We may refuse a request or end a student licence when these conditions are not met.

8. Your licence key and your account page

Your licence key is personal. Keep it secret and do not share it beyond the computers included in your plan. You are responsible for what is done with your key. If you think it has been stolen, tell us: we can cancel it and give you a new one.

9. Your work is yours

The code, documents, designs, images, recordings and other files you create or open with WASDEV belong to you or to the people who gave you the right to use them. We claim no right over them, and they stay on your computer unless you decide to send them somewhere.

10. AI and other services you connect

WASDEV connects you to AI providers and tools that you choose: AI accounts, API keys, command-line tools, MCP servers, local models, websites and servers. Each of them is supplied by its own publisher, under its own terms, prices and privacy rules. We are not a party to those contracts and we do not control those services.

AI can be wrong. What it produces may contain errors, security flaws or text and code that resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and deciding what you use, and for the commands you allow it to run.

11. Open-source components

WASDEV includes libraries published under open-source licences such as MIT, Apache-2.0 and BSD. Those licences apply to those components and take priority over these terms for them.

12. Updates and changes to the product

We improve WASDEV regularly. We may add, change or remove features, and some updates may be needed to keep the application secure or compatible.

13. Suspension and end of the licence

You can stop using WASDEV at any time. We may suspend or cancel a licence in case of fraud, of non-payment, or of a serious or repeated breach of these terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy. When a licence ends, you must stop using the application; your files remain yours.

14. No warranty

As far as the law allows, WASDEV is provided “as is”. We work to make it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that it will fit a particular purpose. Keep backups of your important work.

15. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, Gran Laku Company is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for WASDEV during the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not allow to be removed.

16. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Haiti, where Gran Laku Company is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections that the law of your own country makes mandatory.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. When a change is important, we announce it on the website or by e-mail before it applies. If you keep using WASDEV after that date, you accept the new version.
