Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Gran Laku Company collects when you use WASDEV, its website, its documentation and your account page, and what you can do about it.
In short
- We never receive your code, your files, your prompts or the answers of the AI.
- No advertising, no trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
- We collect only what is needed for your licence, your payments and support.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Gran Laku Company, established in Haiti, is responsible for the data described here. For any question about privacy, write to wasdevcontact@granlaku.com.
2. Data we collect
- Licence: your e-mail address, your name, your company if you gave one, your country, your plan and its dates. Your licence key is stored as a hash, never in clear.
- Computers: for each PC that activates the licence, an anonymous identifier (a hash, not the serial number), the WASDEV version, the Windows version and the dates of the first and the last check.
- Payments: amount, currency, date, period, method and reference of each payment. We do not store card numbers.
- Student requests: your name, e-mail address, school, field of study, country and the proof you upload. The proof is seen only by our team and is deleted as soon as we decide.
- Messages: what you write to us by e-mail, and our answers.
- Security: sign-in attempts on the account page are counted for one hour using a hash of the IP address, and actions on a licence are written to an activity log. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs for a short time.
3. Data we do not collect
We do not receive your projects, your source code, your documents, your designs, your recordings, your messages to the AI or its answers, your API keys, your passwords or the sites you visit in the built-in browser. The application sends us no usage statistics and no crash reports. The page “How WASDEV uses data” lists exactly what the application sends.
4. Why we use your data
- To provide your licence, check it and show you your account page — this is needed to perform our contract with you.
- To record payments and keep our accounts — the law requires it.
- To protect our services against fraud, abuse and attacks — our legitimate interest.
- To answer your questions and your requests — at your request.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not use it to train AI models.
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service — hosting, e-mail and payment — and only as far as their work requires, or with the authorities when the law obliges us.
AI providers are a different case: when you use an online AI, your messages and the files it reads go directly from your computer to the provider you chose. They do not pass through our servers, and that provider’s own privacy policy applies.
6. Where your data is processed
Our servers and our service providers may be located in a country other than yours. Wherever your data is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep licence and payment data for as long as your licence is active, and afterwards for the time needed for our accounts and our legal obligations. Student proofs are deleted when we decide on the request. You can ask us to delete the rest earlier; we will do it unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. How we protect it
Licence keys are stored as hashes, the replies of the licence server are signed and verified on your PC, connections are encrypted, and access to the administration is limited, personal and recorded in an activity log. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will tell you.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to see your data, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, to object to a use or to limit it, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, write to wasdevcontact@granlaku.com from the e-mail address of your licence. We answer within 30 days and we never treat you differently for having asked.
10. Children
WASDEV is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its date, and we announce important changes on the website or by e-mail.
